    We are seeking a proactive and accountable Hub Manager to take end-to-end ownership of

    hub operations. This role carries high responsibility, ensuring on-time fulfillment, partner

    management, fraud prevention, and overall hub performance.

    We are looking for a Hub Manager to take full ownership of hub operations, ensuring smooth

    execution, partner discipline, and on-time fulfillment of bookings. This role demands strong

    leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Drive hub performance with zero missed bookings and high customer NPS.
  • Manage partner relations: attendance, rosters, grooming, discipline, and escalations.
  • Ensure dispatchers release instant bookings within SLA ( 45 seconds).
  • Oversee hub infra: bikes, batteries, supplies, and staffing — escalate shortages

  • proactively.
  • Coordinate with Cluster Manager on planning, labor supply, and training needs.
  • Maintain shift discipline and overall decorum at the hub.

  • Requirements
  • 6–10 years’ experience in last-mile ops / logistics / quick commerce.
  • Strong people management and operations planning skills.
  • Hands-on with Excel, dashboards, and tech adoption.
  • Ability to work in 9-hour shifts, 6 days/week (morning/night).
