Job Description

Having good knowledge of HSE activities related to construction of civil buildings, prefab buildings, factories including sophisticated automation equipments

Develop and enforce HSE plans, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.

Conduct and review Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) for yard-specific tasks (e.g., loading/unloading heavy equipment, welding, and fuel handling).

Design and enforce a Yard Traffic Management Plan to prevent collisions between pedestrians, forklifts, and heavy transport vehicle

Perform daily "walk-throughs" to identify structural hazards, improper storage, or equipment defects.

Candidate Requirements

Requirement Description

Education Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or OSHA 30-Hour Construction.

Experience 5–8 years in construction safety, with at least 2 years in a yard or workshop environment.

Technical Skills Proficiency in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards; experience with incident tracking software.
