Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for our HRMS platform


• Conduct product demonstrations with HR leaders and key decision-makers


• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure


• Build and nurture strong relationships with SMEs and mid-sized organizations


• Achieve defined revenue and customer acquisition targets

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2–10 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Software Sales

✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Experience selling HRMS, ERP, or SaaS solutions will be an advantage

✔ A self-driven, target-oriented professional with a growth mindset
