As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Finance Sector at Aarohaan SAS, your role will involve overseeing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with organizational goals. You will be based on-site in Chennai and responsible for managing employee relations, developing and monitoring HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, and driving performance management initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Educational background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
