Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Use various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.

2. HR Business Partnering

- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.
- Provide HR guidance to managers on people management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Support business leaders in organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

- Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze engagement data.
- Work with managers to address employee concerns and improve retention.

4. Performance Management

- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Monitor employee performance and provide HR insights to leadership.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
