We are looking for UKG Ready HR / Benefits Consultants to join a rapidly growing HCM consulting practice supporting US-based clients.

About the Role

If you have hands-on experience in UKG Ready HR & Benefits modules and enjoy working in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment, this role offers excellent growth and global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of UKG Ready HR & Benefits modules
• HR data migration and transformation into UKG Ready formats:
• Employee demographics
• Paygrades, Jobs & Positions
• Assets & Contacts (dependents/beneficiaries)
• Benefits enrollments & plan setups
• Benefits profiles & workflows
• Custom forms configuration
• Data conversion using tools like EasyMorph / Able2Extract / Middleware
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation)
• Managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Building and maintaining client-facing documentation & communication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in UKG Ready HR / Benefits consulting
• Strong understanding of HRIS, Benefits Administration, and HCM systems
• Experience working in client-facing consulting roles
• Exposure to US HR processes / implementations preferred
• UKG Ready certification is a strong plus

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in UKG Ready HR & Benefits modules
