HR Resourcing Coordinator - Analyst

Role Overview:
You will be part of the Global Resourcing team at Diageo, a leading premium drinks company, where your main responsibility will be to build outstanding partnerships with Talent Managers and provide top-notch service to candidates. Your role will involve leading end-to-end interview scheduling activities and working closely with Candidates, Line Managers, and Talent Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Candidates, Line Managers, and Talent Managers on recruiting queries
- Build great partnerships with Talent Managers
- Lead end-to-end interview scheduling, including rescheduling and prioritizing assessment centers
- Produce ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment
- Act as an active ambassador for the HR model in the business, mentoring employees and managers through their People Processes and compliance requirements

Qualifications Required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- 0-1 year of proven experience
- Good communication and logical skills
- Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (experience with Workday, Service Now, or Cloud Technology is highly valued)
