Key Responsibilities:
  • * Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • * Coordinate and communicate with candidates through various channels (email, phone, video calls).
  • * Assist in managing the recruitment database and ensuring candidate information is up to date.
  • * Prepare interview materials, offer letters, and employment contracts.
  • * Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations to the hiring manager.
  • * Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • * Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • * Support in maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting as needed.
  • * Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • * Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
  • * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in tasks.
  • * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience:
  • * A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
  • * Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • * Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Full-time position.
  • * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • * Flexibility to work remotely as needed (if applicable).
