Job Description:
CareerBoard is a recruitment firm based in Kochi, working with multiple IT companies across Infopark Kochi and Technopark Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves supporting client hiring requirements by sourcing and screening suitable candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidate resumes based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews with candidates.
• Perform basic background verification and candidate validation.
• Shortlist and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support clients until the final interview stage (conducted by the client company).

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles.

Qualification:

• MBA in HR or any Postgraduate (PG) degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with an interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and basic computer skills are preferred.
