Job Role :

• Post Job on various paid/free job portal
• CV search on Portals.
• Screening/Short-listing of CVs, Lining up & Conducting Interviews.
• Follow up with candidates w.r.t. CTC, joining etc.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and policies.
• Good Comm skills-oral & written.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
• Interview candidates combining various methods.
• Should have target chasing attitude
