Job Title: HR Recruiter cum Executive

1. Overview:
The HR Recruiter cum Executive plays a critical role in managing the recruitment process and supporting the overall HR functions within the organization. The primary objective is to attract, evaluate, and recruit top talent while fostering a positive candidate experience and facilitating a seamless onboarding process. This position also includes collaboration with various departments to understand their hiring needs and to contribute to HR initiatives.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct job postings across various platforms and manage the candidate application process.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews based on job qualifications.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop candidate profiles.

  • Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives, including training and development programs.


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and social media channels for sourcing candidates.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to recruitment metrics.


4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.

  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.


5. Skills & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
