ABOUT ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (Lateral and Bulk Hiring)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Develop and post job descriptions across relevant job boards and platforms
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations based on skills and culture fit
• Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in ATS
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
• Working on different projects to streamline the recruitment practice

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
