Job Title: HR Recruiter


1. Overview:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure a seamless recruitment process while promoting our employer brand and enhancing candidate experience. This position collaborates with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develops effective recruitment strategies.




2. Key Responsibilities:



    • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs.

    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

    • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

    • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring timely communication.

    • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.

    • Maintain a robust applicant tracking system to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.

    • Engage in employer branding activities to promote the company’s culture and values.

    • Provide interview training and support to hiring managers as needed.

    • Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices.




    3. Technical Skills:



    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

    • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms.

    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methodologies.

    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).




    4. Required Qualifications:



    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

    • Certification from recognized HR bodies (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.




    5. Skills & Experience:



    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • A proactive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition and HR practices.
