An HR Generalist handles multiple human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role supports both employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Post job openings and screen resumes Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Prepare offer letters and handle onboarding 2. Employee Relations Address employee concerns and grievances Maintain a positive work environment Support employee engagement activities 3. HR Policies & Compliance Implement and update HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Maintain confidentiality of employee information 4. Payroll & Benefits Administration Assist with payroll processing and salary records Manage employee benefits such as insurance and leave policies Track attendance and leave data 5. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal processes Support employee development and training programs Monitor employee performance records 6. HR Administration Maintain employee files and HR databases Prepare HR reports and analytics Support HR audits and documentation Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Organizational and multitasking ability Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
