Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with management to determine staffing needs
  • Recruitment of required manpower as per requirement
  • Screening resumes, selecting candidates, and performing interviews
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Publish a post on online job boards/portals, and LinkedIn to find qualified candidates for open positions
  • Handle company’s Social Media for open jobs and other works
  • Manages calendars and schedules appointments
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories
  • Creating maintaining, and entering information into databases
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
  • Coordinating events in the company as necessary
  • Send notifications as necessary to employees
  • Look after attendance and other matters as assigned by management

  • Skills Required
  • Warm personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Confidant while working with HR Agencies
  • Some experience as an HR Executive is an add-on
