HR Coordinator/ Executive Support

As an HR Generalist at Talent Affair, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end non-IT hiring process, including posting job descriptions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
- Maintain candidate trackers, issue offer letters, and facilitate pre-boarding activities
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and HRMS data entry
- Manage the confirmation process, gather feedback from managers, and issue confirmation letters
- Update and maintain employee records, track leaves, attendance, and insurances
- Assist in exit formalities by collecting assets, processing exit forms, and updating HRMS
- Organize employee engagement activities, monthly town halls, and celebrations for birthdays & milestones
- Gather employee feedback through informal interactions and support internal communication and HR events
- Collaborate with finance, admin, IT, and other internal teams for general coordination
- Prepare basic HR MIS reports and assist in audits with documentation

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in non-IT recruitment
- Prior experience with HRMS platforms would be advantageous
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Strong skills in spreadsheets, trackers, and basic presentation creation
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Exposure to event planning or employee engagement activities is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
- Organized, proactive, and responsive
