Tamarind Global is a leading destination and event management company offering customized travel and event solutions across the globe. We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering to join our Mumbai team.
Roles & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer rollout)
• Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience
HR Business Partnering
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business units
• Support managers in performance management and employee relations
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage onboarding and employee integration
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
• Support performance management cycles
Employee Engagement & Retention
• Drive engagement initiatives and team-building activities
• Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
Exit Management
• Handle exit processes, interviews, and clearances
• Analyze exit feedback for improvements
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of HRIS and recruitment tools (preferred)
• Good analytical and reporting skills
