Key Responsibilities

HR Support
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Track attendance, leave records, and late coming
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and documentation
  • Help prepare salary data and HR reports
  • Maintain employee ID cards, joining forms, and documentation
  • Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, collecting documents)

  • Admin & Clerical Tasks
  • Maintain office registers and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports and data entry in Excel
  • Coordinate between departments for paperwork
  • Maintain stationery and office supplies
  • Handle filing, printing, and documentation work

  • Factory Support Work
  • Assist in checking cleanliness and discipline in departments
  • Maintain records of machinery downtime reports
  • Help track employee productivity or department reports
  • Assist management in small operational tasks

  • Skills Required
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
  • Basic understanding of HR documentation
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined

  • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: ₹9,950.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
