Job Description:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the regional Workday Support Team, addressing inquiries and issues
  • Triage, assign, and monitor the progress of tickets through governance mechanisms and check-ins with the global team
  • Assist with Review and assess Workday feature releases and fixes
  • Assist with end-to-end testing for releases and configuration changes
  • Oversee data accuracy and collaborate on data quality improvements
  • Follow all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with HR standards for transactions and data maintenance
  • Assist with process/customer service improvements and prepare and maintain process documentation for internal HR use
  • Provide training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features
  • Perform a variety of day-to-day HRIS functions ensuring and confirming data integrity and accuracy of all data entered in our Workday instance
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and validations
  • Assist with generating standard and ad-hoc reports to meet HR and organizational needs
  • Develop and update user guides and training materials

  • Requirements:
  • Familiarity with HR processes and concepts
  • 3 years as a business systems analyst or system administrator
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels
  • 1-2 years Workday experience
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
