Job Details

Position: HR Executive

Location: Gurugram, Sector 18, Phase 4

Salary Offered: CTC up to ₹28,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of HR / Recruitment experience

Working Days: 5.5 days a week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while supporting overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and HR records
  • Manage job postings and employer branding activities
  • Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding processes
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
  • Support general HR operations and employee coordination

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
