Job Purpose

Facilitate the integration of STEM, arts, and life literacy themes into meaningful learning experiences. The role supports Stellar World School’s vision of nurturing students as compassionate, confident, and globally minded citizens, equipped with Life Literacies—the essential competencies required for success in a dynamic and evolving world.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver inquiry-based, concept-driven lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework
• Design and implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe, assess, and document student learning using formative and summative strategies
• Foster IB learner profile attributes and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
• Maintain student portfolios, records, and reports
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and support teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education
• IB PYP training preferred
• 2–5 years of teaching experience
