Key Responsibilities:

  • * Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • * Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a community around the brand.
  • * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, content creation, design) to ensure a unified brand voice and message across all channels.
  • * Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • * Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • * Conduct competitor analysis to understand industry trends and find new opportunities.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • * Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • * Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • * Ability to create visually appealing content and knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • * Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience:
  • * At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • * Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is a plus.
  • * A portfolio showcasing your previous social media campaigns or content is highly desirable.
  • Working Hours:
  • * Flexible working hours with the ability to manage your schedule independently.
  • * This is a full-time remote position, and we expect availability during core working hours (Monday to Friday).
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • * In-depth knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and tools.
  • * Creative thinking and ability to adapt to different brand tones and voices.
