• Client Relationship Management: • Manage a portfolio of HNI clients. • Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted financial advisor. • Revenue Generation: • Drive revenue through cross-selling of wealth products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, and Structured Products. • Achieve AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets. • Portfolio Management: • Regularly review client portfolios and provide investment advisory based on market trends. • Ensure asset allocation aligns with client risk profile. • New Client Acquisition: • Source new HNI clients through referrals, networking, and market mapping. • Increase customer base and wallet share. • Customer Service: • Deliver superior customer experience and ensure prompt resolution of queries. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Compliance & Risk: • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. • Maintain proper documentation and KYC norms.
