Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver lectures and practical sessions in hotel management subjects.
Teach core areas such as Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and course outlines.
Conduct practical demonstrations in labs and training kitchens.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical exams.
Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
Organize workshops, seminars, and hospitality-related events.
Maintain discipline and ensure a professional learning environment.
Coordinate with industry partners for internships and placements.
Stay updated with current trends in the hospitality industry.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or related field.
Relevant teaching or industry experience (1–5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
Good communication and presentation skills.
