Hiring: AI-Driven Data Engineer | 5+ years | PySpark | Databricks | GenAI | Remote, India | Contarct to Hire

We are hiring for one of our reputed MNC clients! If you have strong experience in modern data platforms + Generative AI, this is an excellent Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Work Mode: 100% Remote (India)

✅ This is a fully remote role (work from home)

Preference only for candidates based in: Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune (due to client office presence for initial formalities)

⚠️ Note: Only 2–3 one-time visits required at the beginning for F2F verification & laptop collection — no regular office work

Experience Required: 5+ Years of Data Engineering

Engagement Type: Contract-to-Hire (6+ months)

Must Have Skills

- PySpark (data processing & transformation at scale)
- SQL (advanced querying, optimization)
- Databricks (data pipelines, workflows, Delta Lake)
- Unity Catalog (data governance, access control)
- LLMs & Generative AI

LLMs & GenAI (Expected Exposure):

- Experience with GPT-based or open-source LLMs
- Use cases such as:
- Text generation, summarization, classification
- Building AI-powered data pipelines
- Prompt engineering & LLM API integrations
- Working with embeddings / vector databases

➕ Nice to Have

• Kubernetes (container orchestration for data/AI workloads)

Observability / Monitoring Tools (Examples):

- Tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack
- Monitoring pipelines, job failures, latency, and data quality
- Implementing logging, alerting & dashboards

AI Agents exposure is a plus
