Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive, age-appropriate science lessons aligned with the curriculum for Classes 1 to 5.
• Develop and implement creative teaching aids, experiments, and visual tools to enhance student understanding.
• Conduct regular classroom assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages questions, exploration, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent; B.Ed. in Primary Education (PRT) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in primary-level science education.
• Strong knowledge of the NCERT and state board curriculum for Classes 1–5.
• Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans and use innovative teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching young learners and a commitment to student-centered education.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools and educational technology for teaching and documentation.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative school environment in Surat.
