Ability to dedicate minimum 4 hours per day

Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
• Conduct initial candidate screening/interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and internal recruiters throughout the hiring process
• Build strong candidate pipelines for open positions
