• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and referrals• Conduct candidate screening to assess role fit and cultural alignment• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide recruitment updates• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures• Track hiring progress using ATS and recruitment trackers• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsWhat We’re Looking For✔ 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience✔ Preferably from IT Product companies (eg.
