We are hiring for the role of Customer Growth Manager – Night Shift ( International Sales team lead )

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced professional with 5+ years of people management experience in sales, account management, or customer operations environments. The role involves leading a night-shift team of Account Executives and Data Validators, driving customer growth, renewals, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to drive revenue growth, renewals, and customer success


• Oversee SLA-driven data validation operations and ensure data quality


• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and operational performance


• Manage customer escalations and stakeholder communication


• Work closely with global teams across international time zones

Requirements:


• 5+ years of people management experience


• Experience leading customer-facing or revenue-linked teams


• Exposure to CRM systems and performance tracking


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Willingness to work permanent night shift from the Mumbai office
