Roles and Responsibilities
Maintaining customer relationship and understanding their needsofworking capital. SourcingWorking Capital/LCBD,Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit / Overdraft, Paymentand Cash Management, Etc. Mapping new DSA and CA channel, generating code of his company and collecting business from him against providing payout as per the Bank policy. Coordinating with operations team to resolving WC client’s queries. Maintaining end to end relationship with client, from sourcing to Disbursement, servicing, renewal and enhancement with proper compliance. To support/implement marketing initiatives and lead generation channels Sourcing business for credit proposals from corporateand DSA channels. Handling working capital clients fund base and NonFund based facilities requirements providing them solution and generating new business from him. Acquiring new clients from probe data and doing Market activities in Industrial area and obtain referrals from Branch walk-in customer for Credit facilities requirements. Providing solution to business customer and generate newworking capitalbusiness from him. Sourcing new Overdraft, Cash Credit, Bank Guarantee, Letter Of Credit, LCBD,Term LoanEtc. Generating Asset business through branch staff and helping them for liabilities products. Archiving our asset target. Available financial product by understanding the need of the clients.
