Roles and Responsibilities

Deputy Manager Audit are responsible for execution of Audit in branches under the

guidance of Regional manager. Assistant Manager and Manager have to follow through

same function.

Conducting & executing Audits at Branches as per schedule of the Audit Plan.

Conducting regular, short Audits & comprehensive Audits, at the Branches.

Verifying all Loan documents of clients, registers / files and periodic audit reports

maintained at branch.

Reviewing loan collection and disbursement process and related MIS reports.

Reporting all serious violations of the Operations and Accounting manuals for necessary action.

Meticulously follows the process of report writing.

Observing on the various processes of fund management and documentation is followed at the branch.

Working on continuous improvement of process/procedure/performance

Ongoing interface with the customer at branch level during branch visit.

Keen to make audit process more effective by learning and education new tools

and techniques.

Engaging in self-learning and knowledge up gradation also motivate team to do

the same.
