Position: Assistant Teacher Primary

Workplace: Vishwajyot High school Kharghar

Reports to: Lead Teacher

Key Responsibilities

Assist the main teacher in planning and conducting lessons.

Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom displays.

Support students who need extra help with learning activities.

Supervise students during class, recess, lunch, and school activities.

Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Help with grading assignments and recording student progress.

Assist in organizing school events, trips, and activities.

Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education (D.Ed / B.Ed added advantage ).

Required skills : Basic knowledge of teaching methods and child development.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
