Job Description:

Responsible for handling demand planning, supply planning, and coordination with Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and API teams to ensure smooth production and material availability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly demand review meetings for assigned regions.
  • Review demand with budget, historical data, and open orders.
  • Finalize market-wise and plant-wise demand plan.
  • Prepare monthly supply plan based on demand and production capacity.
  • Review supply vs demand and highlight shortages or risks.
  • Track plant production plan vs actual output.
  • Monitor API and excipient stock, consumption, and open purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with procurement team for timely material availability.
  • Track finished goods inventory and aging stock.
  • Follow up on pending orders and highlight delays.
  • Prepare reports for Supply Review meetings.
  • Maintain planning and inventory reports in Excel.

  • Skills Required:
  • Experience in demand planning and supply planning.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations in pharma industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
