  • *About the Role**

    • We are hiring a fast, creative, and AI-driven Video Editor who can produce high-quality marketing videos in less time using modern AI tools.

    This is NOT a traditional editing job.

    We are building an AI-powered content production system, and your role will be to:
  • Create videos faster than traditional editors
  • Use AI tools to reduce manual effort
  • Focus on performance (ads that generate leads)
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Create short-form video ads (15–30 seconds) for:
  • Dental clinics
  • Healthcare (walk-in clinics)
  • Restaurants & franchises
  • Local service businesses
  • **Use AI tools like:***
  • CapCut (must)
  • Runway / Pika
  • ChatGPT (for scripts)
  • Convert scripts into videos within 15–30 minutes max
  • Create multiple variations of the same ad for A/B testing
  • **Add:***
  • Bold captions
  • Hooks (first 3 seconds)
  • Call-to-actions
  • Stay updated with Instagram Reels / TikTok trends
  • Optimize videos for lead generation (not just design)
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong experience in CapCut (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of AI video tools OR willingness to learn quickly
  • Good understanding of short-form video editing
  • Ability to work fast under deadlines
  • Strong sense of timing, captions, and hooks
  • *Bonus Skills (Preferred)**
  • Experience with Meta Ads / performance creatives
  • Knowledge of healthcare/dental marketing
  • Experience with Descript / ElevenLabs (AI voice tools)
  • Canva / Photoshop basics
  • *Performance Expectations**
  • Create 10–20 videos per day
  • Deliver same-day edits
  • Produce multiple ad variations
  • Improve video quality while reducing production time
