Job Description:
We are looking for a Hindi Customer Support Executive to assist customers with product inquiries, order information, and general support. The candidate will communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries in Hindi through phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

  • Requirements:
  • Fluent in Hindi (speaking).
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, chat systems, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
  • Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
