As a Hindi & Marathi Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters the development of language skills in Hindi and Marathi. Your primary duties will include:
Planning and delivering lessons that adhere to the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Employing a variety of instructional strategies and resources to facilitate language acquisition, including interactive activities, multimedia tools, and cultural immersion experiences.
Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
Collaborating with colleagues to integrate Hindi and Marathi language instruction across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Creating and maintaining a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to language learning and cultural exploration.
Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cooperative and enriching educational experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Marathi, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Hindi and/or Marathi language teacher in a formal educational setting.
Robust proficiency in Hindi and Marathi, both written and spoken, with a deep understanding of language structure, grammar, and vocabulary.
Knowledge of language teaching methodologies, instructional techniques, and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning setting.
Cultural competence and sensitivity to promote an inclusive classroom environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching languages and engaging students in meaningful language learning experiences.
