Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Highway and Structure Designer with 3 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Aurangabad. This is a full-time, hybrid role that combines in-office responsibilities with some flexibility for remote work. As a designer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing highway and structural projects, preparing detailed designs and drawings, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in highway and structural design software programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD Pro
• Strong understanding of design principles, geometric design, and transportation planning
• Experience in preparing detailed design documents, reports, and technical specifications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage client expectations effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of construction standards, safety practices, and local regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in reviewing reports and drawings to maintain quality control and accuracy
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in highway and structural projects is essential; industry certification is a plus
