Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on Physical Therapist recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit Physical Therapists (PT), PT Assistants (PTA), and allied health professionals
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials for healthcare candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records

Required Qualifications

- Experience recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing requirements and licensing
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in travel healthcare staffing
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements for Physical Therapists
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers
