Position Title: Healthcare Recruiter – Physical Therapy

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on Physical Therapist recruitment . The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Physical Therapists (PT), PT Assistants (PTA), and allied health professionals
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials for healthcare candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records

Required Qualifications

• Experience recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing requirements and licensing
• Experience using ATS, Recruiter, and job boards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in travel healthcare staffing
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements for Physical Therapists
• Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers
