We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a focus on Physical Therapist recruitment .
The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and placing Physical Therapists and other allied healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit Physical Therapists (PT), PT Assistants (PTA), and allied health professionals Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials for healthcare candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities
Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools
Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records Required Qualifications
Experience recruiting Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals Strong understanding of healthcare staffing requirements and licensing Experience using ATS, Recruiter, and job boards
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Preferred Qualifications
Experience in travel healthcare staffing Knowledge of state licensing requirements for Physical Therapists Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers
