About Neodocs:

Neodocs is a YCombinator and Omidyar-backed health-tech startup founded by IIT Bombay alumni Nikunj, Anurag, and Pratik. We're building instant, smartphone-based tests that can be done anytime, anywhere clinic, home, office, travel, hospital, etc. One needs to simply take the test, click a photo using their phone, and the results are generated within 30 seconds.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Coordination Executive to coordinate with pharmaceutical companies and ensure smooth execution of medical tests through their representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with pharmaceutical companies to ensure their phelbo’s are conducting the required tests on time.

· Track and update the number of tests completed by each Phelbotomist in organized tracking sheets.

· Collect and compile feedback from MRs on test performance, challenges, and field observations.

· Provide training and guidance to phelbo’s on test procedures, documentation, and reporting standards.

· Follow up regularly to ensure timely reporting and accurate documentation.

· Share summaries and insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pharma companies and field representatives.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently.
