Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Health Specialist, located in Gonda. The Health Specialist will be responsible for implementing and overseeing occupational health programs, promoting workplace health and safety, and advocating for employee well-being. Key responsibilities include conducting health assessments, delivering health education, addressing workplace safety concerns, and providing customer service support. The candidate will also assist in preparing health-related documentation and compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Occupational Health practices, with knowledge of industry health standards and regulations
• Background in Medicine and expertise in Health Promotion
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field; certification in occupational health is advantageous
• Proven ability to work successfully in an on-site environment and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
