Job Summary:

We are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves to promote and sell health insurance products over the phone. the ideal candidates should have good communication skill and customer focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain health insurance plan , benefits , and features only.

Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance policies.

.Build and maintain valuable customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Prepare and share daily call reports with the supervisor/manager.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English (kannada is added an advantage).

Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Diploma/Degree in any stream.

Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
