🔍 Job Responsibilities Promote and sell health insurance policies to individual and corporate clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals
Maintain proper sales records and follow-up reports

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in talking to customers and closing deals
Basic knowledge of health insurance (training will be provided)
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
