Job Purpose:

We are looking for a responsible HSE Officer to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, training employees, and maintaining statutory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports
• Organize safety trainings, inductions, and awareness programs
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
• Maintain statutory HSE records and documentation
• Monitor contractor safety compliance
• Support emergency preparedness, mock drills, and fire safety systems
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

Health & Environmental Duties:

• Maintain first aid facilities and support health programs
• Monitor housekeeping, spill control, and disposal practices
• Conduct environmental and safety awareness training

Requirements & Qualifications:

• B TECH /DEGREE IN FIRE SAFETY ENGINEERING [CERTIFICATION- NEBOSH]
• 3 year Experience
• Proficient in Hindi and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
