Role Overview:
As the Head of Wholesale Inventory Funding and Working Capital Finance, you will be responsible for managing inventory funding, working capital finance, and term loans for a multi-brand, pan-India automobile distribution business. Your role will involve building strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless financial arrangements and lead a high-performance team to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and other financiers to arrange timely inventory funding, working capital limits, and term loans for operational and strategic business needs.
- Manage facility renewal, expansion, limit enhancement, and repayment to avoid overdue accounts and plan for future business requirements.
- Monitor vehicle and parts stocks to authorize billing based on real-time inventory, avoid excess stocking, and ensure finance limits are not exceeded.
- Coordinate finance arrangements with OEMs and automobile brands for procurement, aligning working capital lines with business growth plans.
- Conduct stock audits for each financier, provide accurate statements, reports, and documentation for compliance needs.
- Ensure compliance with legal agreements and regulatory requirements, including stock statements and balance sheet analysis.
- Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless finance availability and utilization across geographies.

Qualifications Required:
- CA or MBA Finance (preferred), or equivalent post-graduate degree.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or Automobile sectors with exposure to supply chain finance.
- Expertise in balance sheet analysis, inventory management, stock audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
