Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of QA/QC at Kumars Forge & Valves Pvt. Ltd., located in Chakan. The role involves overseeing and managing the quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and certifications. Responsibilities include implementing quality management systems, conducting quality audits, supervising quality control activities, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance product quality. The Head of QA/QC will also mentor and lead the QA/QC team to maintain high standards across all operational processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and high standards in production processes
• Experience in Quality Auditing and Quality Management to develop and maintain effective quality systems
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, API standards and experience in working within certified environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and mentor the QA/QC team effectively
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and adopt new technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related technical field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing of Valve industry, especially in quality roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
