About this opportunity:

The Head of Service Delivery – Growth will lead strategic service delivery for Mobile Financial Services (MFS) and FinTech platforms deployed on AWS Cloud, ensuring successful platform deployments, customer satisfaction, and business growth across multiple markets.

The role focuses on delivery excellence, customer engagement, and scalable platform deployment while working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive growth. Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with operational frameworks is desirable, though the role is not responsible for day-to-day operational management.

What you will do:

Strategic Service Delivery

· Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech and mobile financial service platforms across global customers.

· Ensure successful solution deployment, integration, and delivery governance.

· Drive delivery excellence through structured program management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.

Customer Success & Business Growth

· Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, banks, and financial institutions.

· Act as a trusted advisor for fintech platform deployments and digital transformation initiatives.

· Identify opportunities for service expansion, new deployments, and revenue growth.

Cloud Platform Delivery

· Lead delivery of AWS-based fintech platforms and digital payment ecosystems.

· Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations.

· Ensure best practices in cloud deployment, platform integration, and service readiness.

FinTech Domain Leadership

Oversee delivery of solutions such as:

· Mobile wallets

· Digital payment platforms

· Agent banking systems

· Remittance platforms

· Merchant payment ecosystems

Ensure integration with core banking systems, telecom infrastructure, payment networks, and regulatory frameworks.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

· Lead delivery governance forums and executive reporting.

· Partner with sales, product, and engineering leadership to align delivery with business objectives.

· Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organizations.

Leadership

· Lead and mentor delivery managers, solution architects, and program leaders.

· Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and innovation.

Skills you bring :

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

· MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

· 15+ years of experience in IT, Telecom, or FinTech delivery environments.

· 5+ years in leadership roles managing complex delivery programs or service organizations.

· Strong experience in Mobile Financial Services, digital payments, or fintech platforms.

· Experience with AWS cloud-based deployments.

· Experience with SaaS platforms is desirable.

· Understanding of operational support models is an advantage but not part of the core role responsibilities.
