Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional based in Mumbai to drive global revenue growth for our social media intelligence and analytics solutions.

This is a strategic individual contributor role with ownership of international business development and revenue generation. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships across India and global markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling social listening, digital analytics, market research, or consumer intelligence solutions to clients across domestic and international markets.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Global Business Development

· Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across India and international markets.

· Selling social media insights, social listening, and analytics solutions to brands, agencies, and enterprises.

· Develop and manage a strong global sales pipeline.

· Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery to proposal and contract closure.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

· Build relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, digital leaders, brand managers, and insights teams.

· Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly.

· Prepare customized proposals and lead commercial negotiations.

· Build long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.

Market Expansion

· Support expansion into international markets (APAC, Middle East, Europe, North America as relevant).

· Stay informed about global digital trends and evolving client needs.

· Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Strategic Contribution

· Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership.

· Contribute to refining service offerings and go-to-market strategies.

· Represent the company in industry forums, client meetings, and business discussions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience.

· Proven track record in selling:

-Social media insights

-Social listening solutions

-Digital analytics

-Market research & consumer intelligence

-Data-driven intelligence services

· Experience selling in India and international markets.

· Strong understanding of social listening tools, analytics methodologies, available services, and overall market landscape.

· Experience handling mid-to-large enterprise clients.

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

· Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Profile

· Established network within brand marketing, digital, or insights teams.

· Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.

· Strong commercial acumen and ability to position value-driven analytics solutions.

· High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
