We are seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a multi-product platform, we are rapidly expanding our go-to-market efforts, and this role will play a critical part in driving success. You will own product launches, develop enablement materials, and refine competitive positioning to ensure our sales team is equipped to win and our customers clearly understand the value of our offerings.

This role will be our second PMM, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, and working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into their first official PMM title and learn by doing in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute product launches and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain enablement tools that are actively used by sales teams.

  • Create messaging, positioning, and content that resonates with target customers.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive alignment across initiatives.

  • Contribute to customer advocacy and marketing programs.

  • Continuously refine competitive positioning and market insights.

  • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and content quality.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven track record of leading product launches or GTM workstreams.

  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment.

  • Strong portfolio with visible writing samples.

  • Experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference persona programs.

  • Ability to build and deliver enablement materials that drive adoption.

  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support work.

  • Strong communication skills; able to sharpen messaging and ask the right questions.

  • Thrives in fast-moving, independent work environments.

  • Humble, collaborative, high-trust, low-ego team player.

  • Not a people manager role.
